Stacey is the "Boss" - as Adam affectionately
calls her. She manages everything from budgets to
kids, even put together this website.
Having spent her entire adult life at over 200
lbs., Stacey's battle with the scale was
constant. Although an active child and an
athlete in high school, as she approached her
30th birthday, Stacey watched the scale creep up
to 248 lbs. A visit to the doctor for an annual
check-up and the death of a close high school
friend was the wake-up call that she needed to
make serious changes.
Since appearing on The Biggest Loser, Stacey
launched I Can Do Fitness. Stacey serves a
fitness coach, teaching group exercise classes
in Northern Virginia. She has also extended her
hand to promote wellness and better health by
serving as a Wellness Ambassador for The
American Diabetes Association of the DC Metro
area and has volunteered her time with many
other schools and organizations in her
community.
When she is not working with
clients, she stays close to her finale weight
with running, step aerobics, swimming, and
strength training. She has completed two half
marathons and five triathlons. A busy
mother of two, Stacey incorporates lots of
active family-fun time by going on walks and
bike riding.
Stacey manages the
GO Fitness project and
runs all of the fitness camps offered. She
is the fitness contributor for
All
Tressed Up and has been featured in many
publications including several from The Biggest
Loser series.
